Nation’s largest regional shelter magazine doubles its South Florida presence to better serve growing readership and design community, raises rate base in region by 20 percent.
NEW YORK, May 13, 2014 – Luxe Interiors + Design (luxesource.com), the largest network of luxury shelter magazines, today announced the debut of two new regional editions serving the South Florida area. Luxe South Florida, which launched five years ago to cover several counties in the Sunshine State—including Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and Miami-Dade—has grown so rapidly that the magazine has decided to split its distribution into two highly focused and curated publications, which will allow the local design community to get more editorial and advertising exposure from Luxe.
Starting in Winter 2014, Luxe will debut Luxe Palm Beach, which will focus specifically on Broward, Palm Beach and Martin counties, and Luxe Miami, a separate edition dedicated to the Miami-Dade area. Dividing the magazine’s South Florida edition into two publications allows Luxe to celebrate the uniqueness of each market, and will effectively increase the magazine’s rate base by 20 percent and its Florida distribution from 50,000 to 60,000.
“Due to the overwhelming success of our South Florida edition, which has doubled in revenue over the past three years, the next natural step was to create two distinct magazines, which will better serve the region’s diverse design community,” said Mike Peterson, Publisher, Luxe Interiors + Design’s Palm Beach and Miami editions. “With this change, we’ll virtually double the geography we cater to, enabling us to give more coverage to key design and architecture professionals in these prestigious counties.”
