Luxe Interiors + Design™ San Francisco Debuts With Summer 2014 Issue

The Nation’s Largest Regional Luxury Shelter Brand Enters the Bay Area

NEW YORK and SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., July 10, 2014 — Luxe Interiors + Design™ (, the nation’s largest network of luxury shelter magazines, debuts a new edition serving the San Francisco Bay Area with the Summer 2014 issue, on sale July 15. The news was announced today by Pamela Jaccarino, VP, Editor-in-Chief of Luxe Interiors + Design, and Lisa Lovely, Publisher, Luxe San Francisco.

“The level of design talent in San Francisco and the Bay Area is impressive, and we are excited to cover some of the dynamic projects happening locally,” said Jaccarino. “With an intelligent, affluent audience and a strong perspective on design and innovation, this market is a perfect place for us to introduce Luxe’s 14th regional edition.”

The premier issue is 314 total pages, including 170 advertising pages from both local and national partners. Participating advertisers from the San Francisco area include Jonathan Browning, Patz & Hall Winery and De Sousa Hughes.

The issue features high-end homes by many of the area’s top designers and architects: David Oldroyd uses rich materials to create a serene San Francisco penthouse, Martha Angus rejuvenates a Marin County house with casual interiors and lively colors, Andrew Mann creates a St. Helena aerie with sophisticated and earthy elements, and Ken Fulk enlivens a modern residence with an engergizing mix of furnishings.

“Because of the strength of the Luxe brand and its unparalleled relationships in the local markets where we publish editions, we have received an overwhelmingly positive response from the San Francisco area design community.” added Lovely. “We’re thrilled to be launching in a city that really values and understands the importance of good design.”

With more than 145 homes featured editorially each year, Luxe highlights global design trends as well as the regional luxury design scene in each market the magazine covers. Luxe’s editorial team, headed by Jaccarino, will oversee all content for the San Francisco edition. On the advertising front, San Francisco-based Publisher Lovely will work with a dedicated local sales team.

According to a 2014 study by Redfin, the top three fastest-growing markets for luxury real estate sales are in the Bay Area (Oakland, San Jose and San Francisco).
